Drama as ‘kidnapped’ Staff of Ondo School walks in few hours later
It was like a drama as the kidnapped staff of Chimola School, Oba-ile in Akure north council area of Ondo State who was in the bus hijacked by unknown gunmen on Thursday morning walked in few hours later and claimed being freed by the hoodlums.
It was gathered that the staff, who goes by the name Peace, returned to the school premises at around 9am.
Some gunmen had on Thursday morning hijacked a school bus in Oba-Ile Estate of Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo state, causing panic in the town near state capital, Akure.
The Gunmen who dragged down the driver of the Bus however took away Peace, during the attack that occurred around 6.45am on Thursday morning.
Reacting, the owner of the school, Mrs Bolatito Akindemowo in an interview with newsmen confirmed that no pupil was abducted during the incident, adding that the incident had been reported to security operatives.
